The service

TradeSalesGenius answers calls on your behalf, qualifies callers, books simple jobs on your calendar when the rules allow, and sends you SMS summaries. Exact call volume limits and features are listed on your plan's order form.

Billing and cancellation

Plans bill monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time with at least 7 days' notice before your next billing date. We do not pro-rate partial months. Overage fees, if any, are billed the following month.

30-day fit guarantee: if you decide within the first 30 days that the service is not a fit, tell us and we'll refund the first month's subscription fee. The setup fee is non-refundable because the work is front-loaded.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us (service area, emergency lines, calendar rules, pricing if we quote). You're also responsible for forwarding your line and for ensuring the phone number you route to us is a number you're authorized to use.

What we don't guarantee

The bot is a tool that handles calls on your behalf. It is not a replacement for human judgment in an emergency. We don't guarantee that every call will be handled perfectly, especially in the first weeks while we tune the script to your shop.

Ownership

We own our software, prompts, and call flow templates. You own your call recordings, your customer list, and the business built on top of the service. If you leave, we'll help you export your data.
